Privacy policy

Effective October 24, 2026.

Tailorway Media Uploader is operated by the Tailorway Anime account owner for uploading content to accounts they control. It is not open for public registration.

Data used

The tool uses connected account identifiers and names to verify where content will go. It uses the owner's video files, titles, descriptions, tags, visibility choices and posting times to perform uploads. It reads upload identifiers and processing status to record the result. OAuth access and refresh tokens allow the approved actions without entering the account password for every upload.

Storage and sharing

Credentials are encrypted in AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store. Posting records and media needed by the tool are stored in AWS and may also be kept in the owner's local working folders. Requested media and metadata are sent to the selected platform. The tool does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Tailorway Media Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Credentials are kept while the connection is needed. Posting receipts are kept to record delivery and prevent duplicate posts. The owner can request deletion of credentials, local copies and posting records at the support address below. Deleting tool records does not delete a video already uploaded to a platform; those videos must be deleted on that platform.

You can revoke Google access at Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future use of that connection but does not automatically remove existing uploads.
